FACILITIES

Microplex administration, engineering, and manufacturing occupys a 10,520 square foot facility in Placentia, CA with freeway access to LAX, Burbank, Ontario, and John Wayne airport. The company has a class 30,000 clean room for printing and laminar flow hoods for more stringent requirements, furnaces, environmental test chambers, and CAD design systems. A large capacity, high throughput thick film metalization system, wire bonding, dicing saw, and laser trimming equipment provides complete inhouse manufacturing capability.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Microplex has adapted QA procedures from various MIL-STDs to provide a highly reliable and cost effective process.
The Company's Quality Assurance and Reliability System is based on MIL-I-45208.. Chip resistor products are manufactured and tested per MIL-R-55342C and MIL-STD 202F. Custom quality screening and testing is available per customer request.
